For some reason, you might be in a situation where you need to send a confidential email that you don’t won’t to be forwarded, copied, printed or downloaded. Here is how you can send a confidential email using Gmail.
Using PC
1. Click on compose to start a new email
2. Switch to Confidential Mode by going to the line where there is a send button and look for a lock icon 
and click on it.
3. You can now compose your email and send as confidential.
On Mobile
1. Click on compose to start a new email.
2. Switch to confidential mode by clicking on the 3 dots close to the send icon then choose confidential mode.
3. You can now go ahead to compose the email and send as confidential.
