Why you should never keep passwords on web browsers

Never allow a browser to keep your password

I know most people allow web browsers to keep their login information (username and password) for easy logging in and to avoid forgetting the information. But here is one of the reasons why you should never do that;

The username and password you keep on web browsers can be seen (and readable) with a human eye. I know you are like WHAT? Yes, so anyone with access to your browser can get this information and use it without your knowledge. That’s why most people who claim to be hacked are not hacked, they were just reckless with their credentials.

Here is how you can check your stored passwords on your browser;

– Go to the menu of your browser then settings and search password – you will see all your saved passwords

Now that you know the risk (and many others not mentioned in this post), never allow a browser to keep your credentials
